If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and refund process.

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

❗Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate jewelry cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to return the item.
  3. Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred piece.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

•Sale or clearance items

•Gift cards

•Custom or personalized jewelry
