FAQ
Find answers to your questions about our exquisite jewelry and services. We’re here to help you shine.
It’s normal for silver jewellery to oxidise and darken over time. To keep it shiny, just wipe it with a silver polishing cloth or clean it gently with toothpaste. When you’re not wearing it, make sure to clean it and store it in a sealed bag to protect it.
For pearls, avoid contact with chemicals and oils, and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing.
It’s a good idea to keep each piece in its own pouch or box to avoid scratching.
As jewellery is a personal item, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange within 24 hours.
The longevity of the gold plating depends on how you wear and care for it. If treated well, the colour should stay vibrant for a long time.
Solid silver pieces won’t lose their colour, but over time, slight oxidation and discolouration are normal. If your sterling silver jewellery turns darker, you can easily restore its shine with a silver cloth.
All our products list the materials used, and most are made from 925 sterling silver, which helps reduce the risk of an allergic reaction. While we can’t guarantee that everyone will be allergy-free, if you’ve worn silver jewellery before without any issues, you should be fine with ours too.
Our jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials including sterling silver, gold, and genuine pearls.
