🛍️ Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
❗Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate jewelry cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
📦 Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions to return the item.
- Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for your preferred piece.

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

•Gift cards
